Reservation and Payment

Interest in tour is done by client based on Booking form through web page. Confirmation for client is done to his e-mail address providing in Booking form. Together with confirmation client also receives detailed meeting point for the start of the tour.

Payment in full is requested on site prior the tour in cash.

 

Price

A price clients pay covers activities and services described at web page. There are no additional or hidden costs. Price does not include entrance fees or transportation fees, if applicable. If tour includes these extra fees client will be notified in advance before tour starts and those fees are paid directly by client.

 

Cancelation Policy

Written cancellation by client is requested no later than 24 hours before the beginning of the tour.

I reserved the right tour can be canceled due to unexpected operational issues at my side. In such case a full refund of paid amount is guaranteed and you will be notifed about this by e-mail and/or by call.

 

Complaints

Due to substance of services provided all claims must be rised immediately when appeared on spot to take available countermeasures. Complaints after the end of the tour will not be reflected.

 

Weather

If the weather condition are unfavourable before the tour begins, you can:

a) continue the tour as planned and I will do my best to keep your maximum comfort (providing umbrella and convenient locations selection), or

b) re-schedule the tour - at no additional fee (availability permitting).

 

Conditions for participation in the Phototour

Clients must take their own photoequipment with them, must have common physical condition for phototour (about 4 hours walking tour in city environment) and must be able to communicate in English or Czech.

During phototour I am not responsible for health complications or injury to clients and all activities the clients undergo at his own risk. I have first-aid kit available for case of emergency.
